Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.

Important Note for Lamps Our lamps are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If packaging appears damaged upon arrival, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
